At Full Swing Hydration, we aim to get your order out quickly and delivered smoothly.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, and destination.
At this time, we ship to the U.S. only.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders as part of promotional offers or order minimums. Any free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout or on our website.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically based on the delivery schedule selected at checkout. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Full Swing Hydration is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at info@fullswinghydration.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Full Swing Hydration is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your package appears lost or arrives significantly delayed, please contact us at info@fullswinghydration.com and we’ll do our best to assist. If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fullswinghydration.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly, so order changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
